HOW DOES THE FASTHOMESALES.COM SCHOLARSHIP WORK?
Submit your essay for consideration to scholarship@fasthomesales.com. Make sure to submit prior to the deadline of November 29th.
Our scholarship team will evaluate and select three students for the $1,000, $250 and $100 scholarships. All winners be notified on December 17th.

Scholarships Are A Vital Element For Students To Obtain a Higher Education
These scholarships are aimed at helping the most dedicated and outstanding students finance their college education. It’s our honor and privilege to be able to give back by offering this opportunity. The students are free to use the scholarship amount towards any expense related to his/her educational pursuit.
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicant must be either currently enrolled or planning to enroll at an accredited college or university.
- Applicants must have a minimum 2.5 GPA.
- No restriction on majors.
- Must be a full-time student.
- Applicants must agree to Fast Home Sales official scholarship rules and follow all application instructions.
- No limit in nationalities.
- Student and School must be located within the United States.
Judging Criteria
All applications will be reviewed by an expert panel constituted by the staff of Fast Home Sales and an independent expert. Applications will be judged on Creativity & Originality. Winner will be decided by a majority vote of the expert panel.
Important Dates
Application period – Applications can be submitted up to 11:59 pm (EST) on November 29th, 2019.
Winner Declaration – Winners will be declared on December 17th, 2019 at 11:00 am (EST)

1,000 WORDS
At least 1,000 words, although more is acceptable. Our scholarship committee is more concerned over substance rather than grammatical errors.
ESSAY TOPIC
The topic for 2019’s essay is “How do you plan to invest in real estate to secure your financial future?”.
SUBMISSION DEADLINE
Be sure to submit your essays by November 29th, 2019 to be considered for any of the scholarships.
